Hi Guys

I have an iphone 4 that is unlocked and jailbroken...I use TMobile and cannot send pictures via text and cannot facetime....i have cydia installed...is there any way to fix these issues....running 4.02 i believe

You cannot use Facetime with 3G, only work with WiFi.

Purchase 3G unrestricter from Cydia to trick your device into thinking it's on WiFi when you're on 3G.

As for picture message (MMS), call your provider for the APN settings.
