My phone is not going on to internet because when i click google or safari it comes up with a blue strip at the top of the screen.  There is a small cancel on the right above the blue strip and google is written in small letters above the blue strip.  Otherwise the screen is white with faint lines horizontal. I cant make it do anything except cancell
