Can you elaborate on that? What kind of Slower? Slower at opening Apps and doing tasks and such? Or at more specific things?

Do you close tasks down with task manager? If not, you should. When was the last time you actually rebooted the iPhone? Is it Jailbroken? If it is, try removing all the stuff from Cydia that you dont use, this is usually the way people slow down their iPhones. If all this fails, then personally I wuold restore the firmware through iTunes, and start over. Good luck  |

Thank you for the messages. iPhone's not jailbroken. When using for instance a particular app, or even checking contacts or just simply navigating it, seems responding so slow. I tried rebooting it a few times and reset settings and see if it change, but so far, same issue.

@Shokka9 Just to let you know, the multitasking area does not contain programs that are currently RUNNING and using CPU, battery draining etc. It is merely a bar with the most recently used apps. iOS closes the apps when you press the Home Button, and within secs they suspend the app. Source: http://speirs.org/blog/2012/1/2/misconceptions-about-ios-multitasking.html |

I am not so sure, despite your link.
When I use WeeKillBackground, I can see the memory in use, immediately increase. So if those are not apps currently running? What is, when I kill them all?
I can have like 3mb left, kill all apps and immediately go up to 270mb free.
It's a grey area.

IDK really. I basically believe that the Multitask bar is just that, a multitask bar. You recently used applications that is using memory shows up there for you to quickly switch between.
However, I am no tech savvy so I cannot say that this information is either correct or not. I would love to get this particular case explained by Apple in details.

It is possible to excessive application install in your iPhone. Second thing is excessive data are stored in iPhone. My suggestion is restored your iPhone and install only those Application which are helpful to you. http://www.indianic.com/iphone-development.html |

Hey guys. so this is it. I think my iphone's gonna die so my mom bought a new laptop. I want to move my music over to the new computer. what is the easiest way to do that? Thanks again for the insights!

You can use CopyTrans (or one of their apps) to take the music off the iPhone and onto the laptop. See here: http://www.copytrans.net/download.phpNot sure whether the actual app from the suite is a paid app, but the basic app (to replace iTunes) is free. But it's a good place to start. Usually, it's not an easy task to take music from an iDevice to a PC. Good luck |

The iPhone is as common as today as the wallet in your pocket. Not everyone may have one but everyone certainly seems to want one. And like your wallet, your iPhone can have a lot of money invested in it; not only is it costly to replace but the data you store on it could be irreplaceable.
