Depending... iPhones are pretty easy phones and therefore it won't be as many people posting here. Though, we do have a lot of users. The iPhone 5 will arrive soon and I think that most people know what they need for the iPhone 4.

The absolute best animated radar I have found isnt an app at all. Its a mobile link. It also works great on your computer browser. Simply go to "local wireless.com" on your Phone or PC and put in your zipcode or city name and it will open up a local news section for you. Then you can go to weather and choose animated weather and have a great animated radar app by saving the bookmark to your desktop.  On the Pc you will want to choose classic version and set the size to largest.

RadarScope, hands down. I could've sworn, though, the creator stated on Weather Minds a few weeks back they weren't doing a good Google android version. I possibly could be incorrect. I know i was told that these people were not doing a home windows program as well as Paul Gibson stated he wasn't doing a mac program.

RadarScope for the apple iphone is certainly worthwhile. When I get an iPad it'll definitely have the application. I believe somebody explained one buy addresses each products, not sure. The actual developers last week also released a complete app for that Macintosh, from $30.

Zooms, 4 tilts of L3 data, good city display, clean warning integration as well as assistance of Oh information just about all turn it into a excellent app. And no removing!

I'm sorry I don't have any Google android recommendations.
