Hello I have a problem with Cydia. For some reason, when I changed my theme one day, when I tried to open Cydia, It tried to load but just went back to the home screen on my iPhone O.S. 3.0 (Jailbroken). Any suggestions?

lock your phone then unlock it again. thats what i have to do.

did you use blackra1n to jailbreak?    if so you can click on the Rock app and search cydia and either delete and install it over again (fresh) or just try click reinstall.  you will NOT lose any of your already downloaded apps from cydia.
