att is going to let existing customers upgrade to unlimited data to try to soften the blow of iphone users switching to verizon. imo verizon is charging crazy rates to use the iphone . unlimited minutes is 69, data 29, texting 20, and to use the mobile hotspot is 25 i think, 145 plus tax for a cell phone bill is nuts.

ATT is only letting those who had unlimited data before go back on for a limited time. They are not allowing new customers or those who have not had unlimited data in the past to upgrade to the unlimited package.
